The Grekodes 7 is in Heraklion city center. Very near to the apartment there are: the archaeological sites, restaurants, super markets , shops and night life. It is located on the pedestrian quiet central street of Heraklion city. No car required. If you come too late do not worry, we have a nice welcome for you.

The apartment is 128sq.m On the ground floor there is a modern living room together with a comfortable kitchen and a dinning table. Right on the first floor there is a cosy bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom and on the second floor there is a second bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom. You can enjoy also the outdoor space of the balcony area which is equipped with beautiful furnishing. There is a water boiler so you can always have warm water in just 15 minutes.

The apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from the famous lion square of the ancient city and all the lively city centre with cafes, restaurants and shopping places as well as the ancient market of Heraklion. The archaeological museum together with the freedom square and the main bus station is only 10 minutes far from the quiet neighbourhood of the apartment and the beautiful cathedral of Saint Minas. All the famous landmarks of the city are located in walking distance together with many restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the summer atmosphere of the island.

A beautiful Venetian fortress which will surely impress you with its architecture in the port of Heraklion is the Koules Fortress and it is a 5-minute walk away. A very interesting museum where you can get to know the Cretan nature but also see various exhibits is the Museum of Natural History and it is a 10-minute walk away. Knossos is 15 minutes by car. It is the largest palace of the Minoan civilization and you should definitely visit.
