Through this website, we offer a platform through which the houses and apartments can be advertised and displayed, and visitors to the website can make online reservations through the official booking engine of every owner. The reservation is 100% online . Under no circumstances we operate as agents or representatives of houses and apartments advertised on our website.

In providing our services, we disclose information based on information received from the houses and apartments. For this reason, the houses and apartments are fully responsible for the high of the prices, pictures and other information that are displayed on our site. Although we make every effort to correct operation of our services, we can neither confirm nor guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors) for interference (temporary and / or partial) function, work rehabilitation, upgrading or maintenance of the site or any other cause), inaccurate, misleading or false information or non-delivery of information. Each house and apartment  remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including prices) displayed on our site. The site is not and should not be considered a recommendation or approval of price, service level.

2. Prices
Prices on our website are highly competitive. All prices on cretanexperiences.com include VAT and all other taxes

Cretanexperiences.com apply high ethical standards and respects the protection of your personal data. Except for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and your telephone to complete your booking in the villa of your choice, will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. 4. Free of Charge
Our service is completely free. We do not charge for this service and do not charge extra fees at the price of the villa.

5. In order to make a reservation, a three day stay at least is required. For a valid reservation, an advance payment of 30% is required  and Payment is due upon arrival at the property. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment is fully reimbursed only if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the date of reservation. In any other event, the advance payment is not reimbursed.

6. In case of damage to the building or the equipment provided in the rooms, the commensurate financial compensation is required from the visitor.

7. To complete your booking you must send us the copy from the passport or your identity.
